A 1 gang switched socket on a Mode style plate made from solid brass with a Dark Antique Relief finish.The Mode plate has a single stepped edge design that would look fabulous in a wide variety of settings from traditional and period right through to contemporary.The dark antique finish is produced by hand in our workshop, meaning each item is truly unique. It is a dark finish with areas that are relieved as if natural ageing has taken place. It is an unlacquered living finish so it will continue to age and change over time.This high quality socket is made in the UK.A particular feature of our plug sockets is that the plate can be taken off easily (leaving the connections safely in place) for example for redecoration purposes or for cleaning of unlacquered plates so that you don't risk getting polish on your wall.We recommend using a minimum 35mm depth backbox with this product to give a comfortable amount of space for the grid (the switch or socket mechanism) and wiring behind the plate.Dimensions:Height: 88mm; Width: 88mm
