This is a service you need to send in your cylinder for modification. currently we offer this for the KTM 300 TPI engines and the Rieju MR300i engines After six years of racing the KTM TPI platform engine at the highest level of Hard enduro including testing with the world’s best riders: (Jarivs, Kabakchiev, Goggia, Hoare, Brightmore etc) we have developed the Rutherford Racing Hard Enduro cylinder. this has modified induction and exhaust port timing so that the motor starts producing power much earlier and much smoother. We have ridden the below Husqvarna factory TPI bike in 2021 which uses very similar port timing to our cylinder.
