Elite Technical Support & Expertise Paddock Headquarters (Factory Row): Our service base is located in the main paddock with the pro riders In 2025, we were positioned next to the Jarvis team. This location is a were the action is at and is preferable to the secondary service zone which is some distance away. Pro-Level Mechanics: Our team features mechanics who have supported top athletes like Wade Young and Graham Jarvis. They possess the expertise to diagnose and repair almost any issue on your bike in the shortest time possible. Comprehensive Daily Service: Every evening, your bike is washed, followed by a rigorous checks, service and set up. Checking for loose nuts and bolts. Making necessary adjustments and wear assessments. Daily fluid changes (oil, brake/clutch fluids) and air filter replacement. Total Parts Confidence: We hold an immense stock of parts to cover virtually any issue. We are fully stocked for 2024 KTM 300 TBI and 2026 Rieju MR300i, along with most KTM TPI parts. Problems are fixed immediately with our parts, and in case of emergency, we even keep spare motorcycles available for components. On-Course Support & Rider Comfort We support you from the paddock to the hardest service point on the mountain. Service Point Support: A dedicated support team with parts and fast service is available at all Service Points. Expert Setup Advice: Benefit from our experience. We offer advisory support on everything from ECU mapping and suspension settings to selecting the optimal tires for the terrain. Rider Refuel: Food and drinks are available at the paddock and service points (including hot/cold drinks, sandwiches, and snacks).
