Georgian Plate for Modular Electrical Components 50x50mm Antique Brass Lacquered

A solid brass Georgian style plate with an Antique Brass Lacquered finish with an aperture of 50 x 50mm. This product includes the plate and a grid which allows it to be used with modular (also known as Euro) electrical components - either one 50mm x 50mm component or two 50mm x 25mm components which are available to purchase separately. Using modular components allows you flexibility to meet your exact needs - for example you could have TV and Data modules on the same plate.The Georgian style of plate is characterized by the rope detailing around the edge that is associated with this particular period and architectural style. This design can also be found in other architectural items from the period such as door furniture and lighting. It is a quality, heavy cast plate that also has a practical advantage of being slightly larger than some other plate styles (whilst still fitting to a standard back box) so can be useful to cover up messy plastering around the plate edge.The Antique Brass finish is lacquered with lighter and darker antique tones. It should not be polished with abrasive polishes/cleaners as this will break down the lacquer.
