Reed and Ribbon Dome Dolly Light Switch 2 Gang Antique Satin Brass

A 2 Gang Reed and Ribbon Dome Switch finished in our Antique Satin Brass. It is sold with an unfinished oak pattress, enabling you to stain, wax or colour as you wish. It is shown here for example with a dark oak waxed finish. The high quality dolly switch mechanisms are made in the UK and rated at 20A. Each is available as 2 Way or Intermediate. A 2 way switch is suitable for lights that only require switching from up to 2 places, whereas the intermediate switch would be required if the light is to be operated from more than 2 places (for example in hallways and on landings). Antique satin brass is a living finish that is produced by hand. It is unlacquered so it will oxidise as it is exposed to the air and it will mellow and develop a rich patina with age and use. It can be polished back to achieve a lighter brighter finish or left to age further. This natural ageing combined with the hand crafted nature of the finish means that there may be differences in colour and detail.
