97-13 C5/C6 Corvette Hi-Performance Adjustable Motor Mount Kit

Description High-performance, light-weight direct replacement adjustable engine mount kit for all 97-13 C5 & C6 Corvettes including Z06 and ZR1.  This unique mount design still uses bushings, but they are smaller and firmer than the large factory rubber isolators.  They offer a nice balance of vibration damping vs. engine movement for most performance street, autocross, and track day applications where additional strength and support is desired without the extreme harshness of solid mounts.   These mounts come pre-assembled to position the engine at the original factory height, but also include a unique slug system to easily lower the engine in 1/8″ increments.  The engine can be lowered a maximum of 1/2″ from stock.  This adjustment is very useful to help gain clearance for aftermarket intake manifolds while significantly lowering the vehicle’s center-of-gravity at the same time. This mount assembly is lighter and smaller than the factory mounts for better header clearance as well.   Fully developed, tested, and tortured on the After Dark Speed C5 Z06 autocross/time attack car featuring a 700hp LS7 engine.   Installation hardware and instructions included. 100% made in USA.
