Description Australian Studio Pottery Bust. Hungarian Alexander Takacs (1923 – 1968) migrated to Australia in 1948, post WWII and set up a pottery studio in Glebe. In 1955 he relocated to Belmore and then to Bowral, Southern Highlands, NSW in 1968. Signed on the back of the male figure. Measures 30cm x approximately 20cm.
