Edwardian Plate for Modular Electrical Components 50x25mm Hand Aged Brass

A solid brass Edwardian style plate with a Hand Aged finish with an aperture of 50 x 25mm. This product includes the plate and a grid which allows it to be used with modular (also known as Euro) components of size 50 x 25mm which are available to purchase separately.The Edwardian plate is stylish and elegant being characterized by the fabulous double stepped edge. It is a quality, heavy cast plate that also has a practical advantage of being slightly larger than some other plate styles (whilst still fitting to a standard back box) so can be useful to cover up messy plastering around the plate edge.Hand Aged Brass is antiqued by hand as a bespoke service by our specialist Crafstman. Being hand aged, no two pieces are ever identical.  It is a living finish that is unlacquered so it will oxidise as it is exposed to the air and it will mellow even further and develop a richer patina with age and use. We can also make the finish darker or lighter, for example to complement other products you have.  Please contact us to discuss.
