Edwardian Sky Socket Polished Brass Lacquered & White Trim

A Sky Socket Outlet on an Edwardian style plate made from solid brass with a Polished Brass Lacquered finish.The Edwardian plate is stylish and elegant being characterized by the fabulous double stepped edge. It is a quality, heavy cast plate that also has a practical advantage of being slightly larger than some other plate styles (whilst still fitting to a standard back box) so can be useful to cover up messy plastering around the plate edge.Lacquered Polished Brass should retain the bright shiny appearance for a period and should not be polished with abrasive polishes/cleaners as this will break down the lacquer. Like paint and varnish, with use and over time the lacquer will break down causing the items to look “scruffy” and require attention. Clean with a soft damp cloth followed by an application of a quality wax polish.This socket outlet is ideal for Sky applications or any application requiring a return signal feed to the distribution amplifier. It includes SAT1, SAT2, TV & FM/DAB outlets, plus a return inlet for the distribution feed and a secondary UK telephone socket. It is screened to reduce interference and improve picture and sound quality. We highly recommend using a minimum 35mm depth backbox with this product to give a comfortable amount of space for the wiring behind the plate.Dimensions:Height: 96mm; Width: 157mm
