A dual voltage shaver socket with transformer, appropriate for use with either 115v or 230v 2 pin shavers/toothbrushes on an Edwardian style plate made from solid brass with a Hand Aged finish.The Edwardian plate is stylish and elegant being characterized by the fabulous double stepped edge. It is a quality, heavy cast plate that also has a practical advantage of being slightly larger than some other plate styles (whilst still fitting to a standard back box) so can be useful to cover up messy plastering around the plate edge.Hand Aged Brass is antiqued by hand as a bespoke service by our specialist Crafstman. Being hand aged, no two pieces are ever identical. It is a living finish that is unlacquered so it will oxidise as it is exposed to the air and it will mellow even further and develop a richer patina with age and use. We can also make the finish darker or lighter, for example to complement other products you have. Please contact us to discuss. Clean with a soft damp cloth followed by an application of a quality wax polish.
