Description This offset rear toe-link kit is a must for any 97-13 C5/C6 Corvette with a coilover conversion kit or anyone serious about performance driving. The heavy-duty offset inner mounting bracket moves the toe-link assembly rearward to provide good clearance for any aftermarket coilover kit and features 5 vertical mounting positions for an initial bumpsteer setting at any ride height. The adjustable bumpsteer stud is CNC machined from 4130 chromoly steel and uses an assortment of precision spacers and shims to tune the height of the outer toe-link point to a specific bumpsteer value. This is necessary to eliminate “darty” or irratic cornering response caused by unwanted toe changes, especially when the car has been modified or lowered for performance driving. The bumpsteer curve can be dialed-in to help improve turn-in and overall corning performance for performance and competitive driving. It is also possible to “tune” the feel of the car to each individual car and driver combination. The toe-link itself is HD extruded aluminum hex tube that is strong, lightweight and allows easy, precise rear toe adjustments by simply cracking the jam nuts and turning the tube. HD chromoly rod ends with teflon wear liners are included. Rear sway bar spacer kit is available to space the rear sway bar back 1/4″ for extra end-link clearance with some aftermarket sway bar & end-link combinations.
